1. PP, PE pelletizing/granulating machine line is applied in PP, PE scraps pelletizing field. 2. It adjust water cooling type. Through extrusion, cutting and dry process, the waste film scrap becomes pellets. The pellets are widely used in plastic industry, like pipe, sheet, strip and profile production. Extrusion: Double stage or single stage. Pelletizing type: Strand pelletzing.

The PE/PP film compacting and granulating machine is special for granulating the recycled PE/PP films.

It has the following characteristic: 1, the compacting and cutting machine can make the films feed into the screw smoothly and efficiently. It has the safe door and observation window with searchlight which can ensure the safety during the operation. 2, The screws which are processed with nitride, hardening and tempering, has the high intensity and wearing resistance; 3, in order to get the laminar flow result, the flow passage section design of the die head are optimized with finite element technique; 4, to plating hard chrome layer on the surface of flow passage to reduce the wearing during the running; 5, higher output, lower energy consumption and even pelleting; 6, the structure is simple, operation and maintenance are easy, high safety and reliability; 7, reasonable design with harmonious painting colors,
